A few weeks of interviews, data and public sources, ending in a short written memo: what we found, what it means and what we would do.

Plan with milestones
Each milestone has an owner, a measure and a date. If a milestone shows the plan is wrong, we change the plan.

Handover
You own the result: documents, models and the reasoning behind them, written so your team can carry on without us.
What you receive
- A written report in Icelandic or English, or both.
- A live Excel model where numbers matter, so you can change the assumptions yourself.
- Sources for every figure, and a clear line between fact, estimate and our judgement.
